f99o Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the f99o platform, accessible at https://f99o.vip (the "Platform"). The Platform provides online casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players. f99o is operated as an online gaming and betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where such activity is permitted by applicable law.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on f99o, you enter into a legally binding agreement with f99o on the basis of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms apply to all features of the Platform, including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

Age Restriction: The f99o Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. 2. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

"Player" / "You"	Any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services in accordance with these Terms.

"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins value, reload bonus amounts or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by f99o, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
"Prohibited Player"	Any person who is under 21 years of age, has been self-excluded, has had their account suspended or closed by f99o, or is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Player Eligibility

To register and use f99o, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age. f99o will request documentary proof of age (government-issued photo ID) before processing any withdrawal. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one account on f99o. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering and must keep your account details up to date at all times. f99o relies on the contact details you provide for security communications and payment processing. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Jurisdiction

You are responsible for determining whether your use of f99o is lawful in your jurisdiction. f99o does not provide legal advice on this matter. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and f99o accepts no liability in that regard.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the f99o Platform, you must register a player account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, creating a secure password, and confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. Registration is free of charge. f99o will verify your mobile number via SMS confirmation before your account is activated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any SMS verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. f99o will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity conducted via your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, irrespective of whether you personally performed that activity.

Security Notice: If you suspect that your f99o account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact f99o support immediately via live chat. f99o will temporarily suspend your account while the security matter is investigated. Do not attempt to continue using an account you believe has been compromised.

f99o applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all login sessions and all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Account data, including mobile wallet numbers and personal details, is stored using industry-standard encrypted storage practices. f99o does not store payment credentials in plain text and does not transmit payment data to unauthorised parties.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on f99o are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f99o supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay mobile wallets, as well as bank transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank. f99o does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on f99o is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by f99o, however your mobile wallet provider may apply their own per-transaction limits. Deposits credit to your f99o Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for your most recent deposit. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. f99o does not charge a fee on standard mobile wallet withdrawals. Withdrawal requests made outside standard business hours may take longer to process.

Withdrawal Verification

f99o reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Currency

All account balances, bonuses, bets and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. f99o does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction, as the Platform operates entirely in BDT from deposit through to withdrawal.

Fraud Warning: f99o applies automated and manual fraud detection to all deposit and withdrawal activity. Any attempt to process deposits using payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder, to reverse legitimate transactions through the payment provider, or to exploit processing errors constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

f99o offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility conditions specified in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. 7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on f99o are supplied by licensed international game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own individual rules, pay table and RTP (Return to Player) percentage as set by the game provider. f99o does not alter pay tables or RTP settings on any game supplied by a third-party provider.

Sports betting markets on f99o, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup fixtures, are governed by the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a technical error during a game or sporting event that causes an incorrect outcome to be displayed, f99o reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's Balance.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a platform outage, network disconnection, or game provider server error that interrupts an active wagering session, f99o will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's Balance. f99o is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

8. Responsible Gaming

f99o is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools that players may use to control their gambling activity. Use of these tools is voluntary but strongly encouraged for all players who wish to manage their time and spending on the Platform.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Any request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Decreases to a deposit limit take effect immediately.

Self-Exclusion

Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Reality Checks

Players may enable session time reminders at 30-minute, 1-hour or 2-hour intervals. When the interval is reached, f99o displays a reality-check screen showing session duration and net wagering result for that session. The player may choose to continue or end the session at that point.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f99o. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Fraud and Money Laundering

Using f99o to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any fraudulent payment activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) and other relevant authorities.

Multiple Accounts

Operating more than one account on f99o, whether under the same or different identity details, is prohibited. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances forfeited if multiple account usage is detected.

Automated Wagering

The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place wagers, claim bonuses or interact with the Platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. f99o employs automated detection systems to identify non-human wagering patterns.

Collusion

Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit a promotion is prohibited. This includes coordinated wagering in peer-to-peer game formats such as Teen Patti tables.

Enforcement: f99o reserves the right to review wagering history, transaction logs and device fingerprints at any time to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, f99o will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture and referral to authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

f99o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months); or receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority.

A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting f99o support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f99o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if f99o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

f99o does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. f99o's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

f99o reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, f99o will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published at https://f99o.vip/terms-conditions with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform should in the first instance be directed to f99o's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. f99o will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. f99o does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal counsel.
